We welcome the Reverend Brian Scott Kelley as guest presider and preacher for this coming Sunday,
Trinity Sunday. Valerie May, harpist, will be our accompanist. There will be
ONE service only, at 9 o'clock with coffee hour following hosted by the Vestry.
We hope you'll join us for worship and fellowship.
Readings for this Sunday: Isaiah 6:1-8, Psalm 29, Romans 8:12-17, John 3:1-17.
We were visited by
Benji from St. Matthew’s, Goffstown, who is honoring this year of Episcopal
transition in New Hampshire by visiting all the churches in the Diocese by
bicycle. After the service many of us
signed a shirt that has been signed by a lot of others during his visits.
The
Dinner Bell Cook Team Annual Breakfast Meeting
will be next Saturday, June 9th at 9:00 am. Anyone who is interested in
becoming a cook team is encouraged to come. This is a great outreach service to the community and depends on its
volunteers.
A
memorial service for Beverly Klitsch will be held at St.
Andrew’s next Saturday, June 9th at 1:00 pm.
Many
people have been faithful in bringing food to take to the pantry.
Here are some suggestions that you may not have thought of: Pet food,
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, antiperspirant, disposable razors, hand
cream, hand sanitizers, feminine hygiene products and diapers. As
always, food dry goods like flour, sugar, non-sugar cereals, oatmeal and pasta,
are welcome. Canned goods like spaghetti sauce, vegetables, fruit,
applesauce and juices are welcome also (please check everything for expiration
dates as expired items cannot be used.) Thanks to those who are so
attentive to the need. Your continued support is especially needed and appreciated.
