FROM THE RECTOR

Many thanks to everyone who helped make our 95th anniversary such a lovely day! Special thanks to Lisa and Kathy Berman for all your preparation for the sermon time and for the displays, and to Jen, Jonathan and Lois for organizing the brunch! Lisa and Kathy, you really made our early history come alive!

NOTE: The parking lot was paved a day early and will therefore be available for parking on Sunday.

The CDC continues to classify Carroll County in the low range for community spread of Covid. This will be updated as needed, but for now masks are optional in church.

Blessings, Caroline

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Intercession

True intercession, the sort that Jesus shares with the Father, is not just a shopping list of the needs of the world, nor is it informing God of something he knows already. Rather, it is a profound, loving, and costly holding up of others who are on our hearts before God. True intercession is being with God, with the people on our hearts.
